After graduating from the Art Academy of Latvia Design department, Matīss Zvaigzne went on to strengthen his skills in industrial design studies in Belgium. Currently he is an Art Director at the advertising agency «DDB Latvia». Matīss is also an active design thinking practitioner and co–author of the design research map «Footsteps of Design»; he educates fresh talents at the Janis Rozentals Riga Art High school. This year Matīss is also one of the jury members at the festival of creative excellence «Adwards», which will take place from August 22 to 26.
