Continuing the tradition, this year the contemporary photography platform ISSP is publishing a planner for 2025, which includes 40 photographs by Latvian and foreign artists. The theme of the year is Metamorphosis — a symbol of transformation and development.
The ISSP planner is a handy, functional, and aesthetically pleasing design object that combines the functions of a weekly planner, a journal, and a notebook. Since its first release in 2013, it has become a favourite and reliable daily companion for those who like to plan their daily life and thoughts with the help of notes. The planner includes monthly and weekly spreads with space for notes, a yearly calendar, international holidays, and Latvian name days, as well as a notebook for personal memos and a pocket for documents. The main language of the planner is English.
The planner for 2025 includes 40 photographs specially selected for the publication from 28 well-known and emerging photographers, including Imants Daksis, Anna Dzērve, Krista Dzudzilo, and other Latvian and foreign photographers.
The ISSP planner was designed by long-time ISSP partner Artis Briedis. The publication is produced in collaboration with Antalis Creative Power and the VV Foundation. The planner can be ordered from the ISSP online shop, as well as purchased at the ISSP Gallery in Bergs Bazaar.
