From July 24 to August 4 RISEBA University International Summer School on the Ephemeral Architecture and Urban Design «FestivaL’and» will take place in Valmiera, Latvia. It will gather students of architecture, urban design and related disciplines from all over the world to participate in workshops led by international and local tutors to work out the ideas on spatial arrangements for Valmiera Summer Theatre festival village, develop the design proposals, and construction process.
