«The Design Factory is a place where new ideas are transformed into tangible products with high added value,» says Guntis Kuļikovskis, Head of Riga Technical University Design Factory, co–founder of Robotics club, who holds a PhD from the Riga Technical University. Since its inception in 2014, the Design Factory in Ķīpsala continuously implements long–term projects with students collaborating with scientists and businesses. Public events also often take place in Ķīpsala, while the application for the «Climate–KIC» programme will open soon.
