From August 23 to 25, the international contemporary circus and street art festival «Re Riga!» will take place in Riga. It is organised by the non–profit organisation «Pievilcīgas pilsētvides biedrība» (Society for Attractive Urban Environment) and aims to activate cultural processes in Riga by making the city a positively charged, creative, adventures and socially attractive environment. Mārtiņš Ķibers is one of the organisers of the festival.
